How to Track My Order?
To track your order, follow these steps:

- Go to the My Account section.
- Click on Orders to view your order history.
- Select the order you wish to track.
If you have not created an account, you can track your order using the Track Your Order feature located at the bottom of our website. Enter your order number and email address to view the tracking information.

What is Your Return Policy?
Experience our convenient 14-day return policy! To initiate a return, please ensure the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging, adhering to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Here's how to proceed:
- By Day 7: Begin the return process by submitting a Return Request Form. Access My-Account>Orders select the respective 'Order Number,' and click on 'Refund.'
- Anticipate: Expect to receive a return shipping label within 2-3 days.
- Before Day 14: Ensure the item is shipped back before the 14th day, as returns cannot be accepted beyond this timeframe.
Note: If you haven't signed up, please register by accessing My Account using the same email address used for placing the order. Then follow the above steps to initiate the return process.
- We accept returns within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. Returned items must comply with the following conditions:
All items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged, untampered, and unused condition. - All tags and/or protective seals must be attached, untampered, and undamaged.
- Dust bags and accessories (e.g., authenticity cards) must be included in the original, undamaged branded packaging.

We strive to complete the order processing within 24-48 hours. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing the order. Be sure to include your order number and use the email address registered with your account.
