Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to have return shipped it back as provided in this policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note returns can only be shipped back from the original delivery address. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a return:
Returns Process
- By Day 7: Begin the return process by submitting a Return Request Form. Access My Account, select the respective Order Number, and click on ‘Refund.’ Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for the return, including photographs (at least 3) and submit the form.
- Anticipate: Expect to receive a return shipping label within 2-3 days.
- Before Day 14: Ensure the item is shipped back before the 14th day, as returns cannot be accepted beyond this timeframe. Ensure that your items are placed in the original packaging, including all branded boxes, tags, dust bags, and accessories as originally received. If anything is damaged, tampered or missing from the return, a refund may not be possible.
Note: If you haven’t signed up, please register by accessing My Account using the same email address used for placing the order. Then follow the above steps to initiate the return process.
Return Conditions
- We accept returns within 14 days from the day your order was delivered.
- Returned items must comply with the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged, untampered and unused condition.
- All tags and/or protective seals must be attached, untampered, and undamaged.
- Dust bags and accessories (e.g., authenticity cards) must be included in the original, undamaged branded packaging.
- Footwear should be tried on with socks, on a carpeted surface, without marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
- Items with security tags or brand tags must be returned with the tags in their original position.
- Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with intact packaging seals.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items must be returned with hygiene seals attached, in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept returns that have been worn or soiled.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as received, including all branded packaging and provided documents.
- Made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition as received. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
- To ensure a positive shopping experience, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your account or restrict future orders if your return behavior violates our Return & Refund Policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Any such Return shall fully comply with all the terms and conditions as stipulated in this policy. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive your return, please allow up to 6 days for processing in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will replace them at no extra charge.
- Refund details: Accepted returns are refunded, excluding all shipping, customs, duties & tax costs. You can expect to receive THE WISHLINE store credit within 1 day, which will be available for use towards future purchases.
