Free Shipping Promotion

We are offering free shipping worldwide without any limitation on the order amount. This promotion is available for a limited time.

In the future, order amount limitations for free shipping may apply. Please check back for updates on our Shipping Policy.

Express Courier Shipping

We provide express courier shipping for all orders worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout if and as applicable.

Delivery Time

Order processing times are as follows:

• Fashion items: 1–2 business days
• Parfum: 2–4 business days (due to air transport regulations)

Estimated delivery timelines (including processing time):

• Fashion: 4–6 business days
• Parfum: 6–10 business days

Destination Duties & Taxes

We've got you covered! We clear all import custom duties and taxes, ensuring a seamless delivery to you.

- GCC & EU Member Countries - Fashion (excluding Parfum): Prices shown at checkout are all-inclusive. No additional charges upon delivery.
- All Other Countries - Fashion (excluding Parfum): Duties and taxes are cleared and invoiced to you separately by the courier, payable at or before delivery.

- Parfum Orders for selected destinations (including the U.S., GCC countries, most of Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia; see list below), the price shown at checkout is all-inclusive. No additional payment is required upon delivery.
- Parfum Orders for other eligible destinations, duties and taxes are cleared and invoiced to you separately by the courier, payable at or before delivery.

We are continually adding additional countries to benefit from our seamless shopping experience. Any updates will be reflected on the website during the shopping process.

Parfum Delivery Countries

Due to air transport regulations, parfum delivery is available only to the countries listed below, including countries to which parfum delivery is all-inclusive:

We deliver worldwide, excluding certain countries and regions where our shipping partners do not deliver due to access restrictions or sanctions. Since it is a dynamic environment, such changes become applicable as and when our shipping partners implement such restrictions and as a result, these may not be reflected in this shipping policy or on our website at the same concurrent time.

If in the event that the payment is accepted on our website and for the unfortunate reason that the country/region or city is on the undeliverable list, we will refund the payment either to the Store Credit or to the card from which the transaction was made as per the customer's preference.

Tracking

Easily track your shipment from your My Account/Orders dashboard by selecting the respective order. If you haven’t signed up, you can track your shipment by clicking Track Your Order located at the bottom of the website. Enter your order number and email address to access tracking information. Additionally, we will provide regular shipment updates via email.
