Free Shipping Promotion

As part of our official launch, we are offering free shipping worldwide without any limitation on the order amount. This promotion is available for a limited time to celebrate our launch.

Express Courier Shipping

We provide express courier shipping for all orders worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout if and as applicable.

Delivery Time

Processing Time:

      • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

Express Courier Delivery:

      • GCC: 2-4 days
      • EU/UK: 1-3 days
      • US: 2-5 days
      • Worldwide: 3-6 days

Import Duties & Taxes

We've got you covered! We clear all import custom duties and taxes, ensuring a seamless delivery to you.

GCC Countries:

Enjoy a seamless shopping experience with our express courier service, which includes customs, duties, and taxes for all GCC countries. These costs are included at checkout, ensuring no additional fees upon delivery.

Other Countries:

For all other countries, our express courier will deliver your order with destination country duties and taxes already cleared. You'll receive an invoice from our courier company for customs, duties, and taxes payable at or before delivery.

We are continually adding additional countries to benefit from our seamless shopping experience. Any updates will be reflected on the website during the shopping process.

Tracking

Easily track your shipment from your My Account/Orders dashboard by selecting the respective order. If you haven’t signed up, you can track your shipment by clicking Track Your Order located at the bottom of the website. Enter your order number and email address to access tracking information. Additionally, we will provide regular shipment updates via email.

Restricted Countries, Regions or Cities

We deliver worldwide, excluding certain countries and regions where our shipping partners do not deliver due to access restrictions or sanctions. Since it is a dynamic environment, such changes become applicable as and when our shipping partners implement such restrictions and as a result, these may not be reflected in this shipping policy or on our website at the same concurrent time.

If in the event that the payment is accepted on our website and for the unfortunate reason that the country/region or city is on the undeliverable list, we will refund the payment either to the Store Credit or to the card from which the transaction was made as per the customer's preference.
