1. By Day 7: Begin the return process by submitting a Return Request Form. Access My Account/Orders, select the respective Order Number, and click on Refund.
2. Anticipate: Expect to receive a return shipping label within 2-3 days.
3. Before Day 14: Ensure the item is shipped back before the 14th day, as returns cannot be accepted beyond this timeframe.

After we receive your return, please allow up to 6 days for processing in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will replace them at no extra charge.

• Refund details: Accepted returns are refunded, excluding return shipping and all customs, duties or taxes. Accepted refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
